Our titanium sheets and sheets are available in grades 1 and 2 (ASTM B265 + F67) and grade 5 (Ti 6Al/4V AMS 4911) available upon request.
Grade 1 is the most ductile type of titanium. It is very tough and ideal for welding and cold forming. It is also highly resistant to corrosion - However, Class 2 is even better when it comes to corrosion and oxidation resistance.
Grade 2 is harder and stronger than Grade 1, and also welds well.
Grade 5 titanium is a very strong and tough alloy. Like 1 and 2, it is great for welding, but is also an excellent build material. Grade 5 titanium also contains aluminum, vanadium and iron.

The process of making titanium sheet usually includes the following steps

Raw Material Preparation: Selection of high quality titanium ore or titanium alloy raw materials.
